Come and enjoy a fabulous day of wine tasting with Jackie from Terlingham Vineyard in one of our Beach House show homes. Taste some of the very best sparkling, red and white wines from this award-winning local Vineyard, paired with canapes from Rocksalt, and experience for yourself the joys of living right on the beach. This will be a popular event, so please RSVP asap to avoid disappointment!

Come and experience the best local suppliers in a celebration of food from the Garden of England. We have sourced some of Kent’s finest foodies to serve their produce on the roof terrace of one of our ocean front Beach Houses. A carefully curated selection of finger food and canapes will be accompanied by wines and juices from Kent.
Family fun day

Our family fun day will be a great day out for the whole family! Experience what it would be like to live on the beach in Folkestone . Children’s entertainers, kids games and easy-beach food and drinks will be taking place all day along with tours of beachfront homes at Shoreline. All are welcome!

In celebration of the Folkestone Triennial opening we have a great day planned with a series of art tours of the new Folkestone Harbour artworks, led by a curator and expert in Folkestone’s artistic programming. This will be a unique experience for art enthusiasts. The hour long tour will start and end at Shoreline with drinks and canapes served in one of our beach-front homes. Please book in advance as places will fill quickly!
